Silicone nonstick professional moulds 400 x 600 mm

OVEN COOKING & FROZEN PREPARATIONS: -40°C to 300°C - GN 1/1 OVEN OK

The MOUL'FLEX Pro silicone supple moulds have the standard professional oven tray dimensions of 400 mm x 600 mm, or GN 1/1 professional oven type. They're made of the highest grade Platinum Silicone (peroxide free guaranteed) for intensive use: flexible, nonstick, durable. They can be used in ovens and microwave ovens, as well as cold storage and freezing, from -40°C to 300°C. The Moul'flex Pro have perforations between the various imprints of the plate for a better heat or cold diffusion, with reduction in cooking time.

Care & Wash:

Wash the mold with warm water before the first use
Even though nonstick, it is recommended to grease the mould with cooking oil or butter before baking
Do not heat the empty tray and empty mold slot. If there is an empty slot, you can fill it with flour.
Do not use any sharp tools to maintain its service life.
Dishwasher safe.
