LE NEZ DU CAFÉ, the coffee aromas learning kit, was born and became the official kit for any Barista taking the SCA exams and certificates.

The kit, set in a nice wood box, contains:

A collection of 36 vials (made of glass) of aromas which make up the DNA of coffees around the world. Earthy note: 1 earth. Vegetables notes: 2 potato, 3 garden peas, 4 cucumber. Dry/vegetal note: 5 straw. Woody note: 6 cedar. Spicy notes: 7 clove-like, 8 pepper, 9 coriander seeds, 10 vanilla. Floral notes: 11 tea-rose/redcurrant jelly, 12 coffee blossom, 13 coffee pulp. Fruity notes: 14 blackcurrant-like, 15 lemon, 16 apricot, 17 apple. Animal notes: 18 butter, 19 honeyed, 20 leather. An illustrated book describes the aromatic group of each aroma, its odoriferous features and its presence in the world’s coffees, as well as the art of coffee growing, roasting and brewing.

We Like: make it to the next level by completing your Le Nez du Vin® 54 aromas master kit learnings. The aromas are the utmost natural aromas as possible, all made in France by LE NEZ DU VIN / LE NEZ DU CAFE in-house flavorist.

Warranty:

The aromas are guaranteed 5 years but can last 10 years if kept in good conditions (carefully close your vials after usage and keep them away from light and heat). Since each kit and aroma vial is prepared on demand, you can be sure that the kit you will receive has been prepared very recently and get the freshest aromas. Important reminder: do not drink the aromas. Only smell the aromas.
