Message us through our e-store order remarks or through our FB Messenger live chat (page access wine & living HK) with the following information:

A : your text

B : your font to choose among Microsoft Words fonts or Free Google fonts

Will then get back to you to confirm your engraving or advice you regarding the size and location. Please note that it requires generally an additional 5 working days to engrave your items before we can deliver them.

Please note that Logo engravings are not included in this service. Logo engravings require precise AI files and set up the job. Specific quotations are required for logo engravings.

PRECAUTIONS, PROCESS & ADVICE

If you did not add a font, our engraving team will contact you to suggest you a font.
After we receive your text & font, our engraving team will message you with a simulation for you to confirm it's matching your request: we cannot start engraving before your approval. and thus, not deliver your order as well. This is a protection for you and us as we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any item engraved. We hope you understand.
Some of our products are eligible for the engraving service but only No. 1 and No. 6 font types are suitable for wood products.
We keep the right to use the engraving design and use photographs of your engraved item for advertising or showcase our know-how and past realizations.
