We ship all around Asia, Oceania, North America and Europe. 

If you cannot find your country during the checkout process, it means we are not able to deliver to that country. Not that we don't want but certainly because the cost of shipping over there would be too high and would not make sense for you or for contractual reasons with the brand.

Please note that for contractual reasons, we cannot ship de Buyer cookware & utensils to Mainland China (but we can to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and all other countries you will see when you check out).  

From our warehouse in the heart of Asia, our team will prepare your order immediately after confirmation and within our Business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM - GMT +8).

If we receive and confirm your order before 12:00 PM (GMT +8), your order will generally be picked up the same day by DHL or S.F. Express. Orders received after will be picked up the next working day. You'll receive then your a number to track your order on our transporter's website.

Engravings, customization of orders, require in average 3~5 extra working days to be achieved.For more details please reference Engraving service.

When in our transporter's hand, the transit time will depend of your zone below. This is for indication only, since it depends as well of the Customs clearance process when arrived in your country.

The delivery of goods has a cost, especially for heavy or voluminous items such as cookware.

We've negotiated the best deals we could with D.H.L. and S.F. Express. Our delivery fees strictly follow their tariffs per "chargeable kg" and per geographic zone. What they mean by chargeable kg means the highest between your order real weight or its volume transformed into kg with their formula, in cm, L x l x H / 5000. This is why some voluminous but not so heavy products can bear high shipping fees. We try to indicate the Shipping weight in the product description when the volume of a  packed product will lead to a chargeable weight much higher than its real weight.

Our delivery service and fee is for the shipping INCOTERM DAP. Incoterm. DAP means your country custom duties and taxes are not included and covered by our delivery fee. Our transporter may therefore ask you to pay them directly such extra charges if applicable in your country to fulfill the custom clearance. 

There is no extra cost related to custom clearance for Hong Kong & Macau.

We have no store in any part of the world: you cannot pick up your product by yourself. Our warehouse can simply not let enter our clients for both keeping their operation smooth and of course security reasons. So you need to trust us as thousands of clients already did.
