To celebrate this rich heritage, the Master Cutlers of FORGE DE LAGUIOLE have created a sublime cheese service set designed to elevate both your table and your finest cheese boards.
The cheese knife is a true Laguiole: forged from a single piece of steel, exceptionally sharp, and ideal for cutting every type of cheese — from firm aged tommes to the creamiest bries — with perfect precision. Its traditional French silhouette features two prongs at the tip, allowing you to effortlessly lift and serve the slice you’ve just cut.
Just as fine meats deserve a real knife, cheeses too require a precise blade that slices cleanly without damaging their texture. The blade is forged from FORGE DE LAGUIOLE’s exclusive T14 steel, renowned for its durability, uncompromising performance, and razor sharp edge. It proudly bears the iconic Laguiole bee.
The elegant cheese fork is crafted to hold the cheese delicately in place — piercing finely without breaking it — and to help you serve each piece gracefully onto the plate.
Both handles are shaped from the tip of Bos taurus horn, selected for its deep, natural black shades and noble character. The knife handle features the traditional shepherd’s cross, carefully inlaid by hand. Each piece is entirely hand assembled and hand polished by the same Master Cutler, ensuring perfect harmony and craftsmanship.

Care Instructions:
Do not use a dishwasher. Prolonged contact with water may damage precious woods and natural horns. Hand wash the blade with a sponge, hot water, and mild detergent if needed. If the handle requires cleaning, simply wipe it gently with a slightly damp cloth.
