AIRBUS A350 signature folding knife
This Forge de Laguiole folding knife was born from the meeting of two companies for which the value of the words excellence and high quality resonates. It symbolizes the alliance of tradition and modernity.
Designed in Toulouse by the famous Aircraft engineers based on the Airbus A350XWB airplane and forged in Laguiole by the Forge de Laguiole master knife-smiths, this unique knife uses the same high-tech principles as those used to design an Airbus plane: strong but light-weight.
The 11 cm single blade is made from the high-quality French T12 steel, which is exclusively produced for Forge de Laguiole®. It is forged to 1000°C in their workshops forge in Laguiole, France.
The handle is made of a combination of ultra high tech carbon fiber for the black part, and acryl for the white parts. The spring chiseling refers to the construction parts of the airplane, while the famous honey bee has been replaced by the cockpit of the Airbus A350.
Forge de Laguiole Master Cutlers know-how & Traditions
Brand: Forge de Laguiole
Unique: No two knives are exactly the same. Each wood or horn is unique and has developed different shades and patterns during their living period. Your models will probably therefore have different shades than those on our photos. Since each model is made on demand and fully hand chiseled, the patterns and details are unique too.
Clean & Care: do not use dish-washer. Prolonged water contact will crack precious woods and horns. Hand-wash the blade with a sponge, hot water and detergent if needed. If the handle need to be cleaned, use a dry fabric to remove what must be removed.
