The Beaumarly steak knives are the results of 3-parties project, each party being one of the best in its field worldwide. They were designed by the renown M/M Studio for Thierry Costes's French establishments in order to stick to the world of famous & chic restaurants. The cutlery Claude Dozorme manufactures this very contemporary steak knife with an incomparable look and all roundness, following its incomparable skills and know-how accumulated during more than 120 years at the top of the French cutlery arts.

The spirit of Beaumarly steak knife is to ally French classicism with an extremely dense graphic design.

The Designer ~ The M/M studio is managed by two graphic designers: Michaël Amzalag and Mathias Augustyniak. They are also artistic directors, authors of advertising campaigns and producers of video clips. Among the prestigious brands/celibrities they have worked with are: Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Madonna and Vanessa Paradis.

The Beaumarly Group ~ Gilbert & Thierry Costes have been some of the most talented and successful hotels and restaurants owners of the last 30 years in France, and Paris in particular. Each of their establishment has become an iconic venue of the Parisian life for the Stars, public figures or simply trendy Parisians. Among their hotels & restaurants: Hotel Costes, Café Marly, RUC, Matignon, Georges, Germain, le café Français, hôtel Thoumieux, Hôtel Amour...

Claude Dozorme cutlery ~ At heart of Thiers, France and Europe capital of cutlery, the Dozorme family of Master cutlers were already the first to innovate in the early 1900's by transforming the famous Laguiole knife, a folding knife only at that time, into the famous table knife, fixed blade, found on the best tables around the world nowadays. For more than 120 years, Dozorme cutlery has perfected its knife making traditions while always innovating in new techs, systems and designs.
