Dosing, Filling, Decorating & Biscuits

Replace pastry bags with Le Tube and dispense paste, dough, cream, mousse, and puree effortlessly. Hot or cold sweet or savory preparations, your hands are safe while pouring, not like with traditional pastry bags. Le Tube is easy to fill, simple to clean, and ideal for the most delicate decorations. 13 decorative cookie discs have been added to the set, making baking biscuit as simple as child's play.

Portion Control

Just adjust the scroll wheel to the dosing volume you wish thanks to precise graduation from 1 ml to 5 ml
When pouring your filling, the same dosing you selected will then come out evenly

Cleaning and storage:

The tube can be assembled and disassembled quickly for cleaning or storage.
The filling tube can be frozen, refrigerated or put in the micro-wave.
The walls of the filling tube are marked with ml and oz scales.
The filling will not flow out or be contaminated by other smells in the refrigerator.
The whole body can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Remarks: the Flower nozzles can also be used with traditional piping bags and more than 30 nozzles are available to purchase for the whole series.

The filling tube is made of new material Tritan (polycarbonate, BPA free), which can be refrigerated and frozen and can withstand temperature up to 100 degrees. Spare containers available and sold separately.
